Havanese

Havanese are known as the "Lab" of the toy breeds due to their gentle and loving disposition. Havanese are excellent with families and children. Havanese originated from Havana, Cuba. Havanese were used in circuses due to their ability to train easily and perform tricks. Standard size for a Havanese is 7lbs to 11lbs which makes for a perfect indoor pad trained dog. In many ways Havanese owners have the loving companionship of a  dog with the convenience of a cat! And yes --Havanese can be trained to go outdoors or even trained to be both an indoor and outdoor trained pet. Havanese have hair, like humans, therefore they will not shed and are considered Hypoallergenic.
